TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The items traded for Dave Benson Phillips performance in lieu of money, MUST be of exceptional quality or of good working order.

The items traded for Dave Benson Phillips performance in lieu of money, MUST have a recorded history of previous purchase and ownership

by the the person(s) booking Dave.

The items traded for Dave Benson Phillips performance in lieu of money, MUST not be stolen or gained by fraudulent means, by the person(s)

booking Dave. We will report any such items and the person(s) passing off such items to the authorities.

The items traded for Dave Benson Phillips performance in lieu of money, MUST be inspected and tested by Dave or his appointed representative

BEFORE the booking takes place

Due to the nature of this type of deal, VAT will not be added to the SHOWS For STUFF transaction. However, travel, fuel and accommodation will be added. These will be done in the conventional way, CASH, CHEQUE, ELECTRONIC (BACS/CHAPS) PAYMENT. These type of payment must be sent to Dave Benson Phillips prior to the show or service taking place.

· Should a cancellation be made up to 48 hours prior to the performance or service, £50.00 will be donated by the Booker to Dave’s chosen charity.

· For performances and services within a twenty mile radius of Worthing, West Sussex, travel expenses and overnight accommodation will not be charged.

· Performances and services outside the twenty mile radius of Worthing, West Sussex, will have travel expenses and overnight accommodation added to the overall transaction.

· For Shows and services that require additional personnel and manpower, a charge for their services will be added to the transaction.

· You must agree to having your

· performance or event filmed or photographed, for promotion, publicity use.

· This offer is not transferable from person to person.

· If you intend to book Dave to appear in a club, an entertainment venue or at an commercial/professional, university/college or theatrical event, £250.00 will be automatically added to the already-quoted SHOWS For STUFF fee.

· Dave Benson Phillips has the right to withdraw a show or service, if it feels that he or the company is liable to be an unwitting party to a mickey-taking campaign or time-wasting exercise by supposed 'interested parties'.

· Should you intend the Offer to be a surprise for someone, please inform Dave's office.
